​Beate Minkovski

Beate Minkovski is a visual artist who studied in Bremen, Germany from 1962 to 1965. She received her BA at Northeastern Illinois University in 1992. She is the co-founder of Woman Made Gallery (WMG) in Chicago where she served as its executive director from 1992 to 2014. She currently serves on WMG's Board of Director.

 

Originally concentrating on sculpture, Beate works in all media: drawing, painting, ceramic, sculpture and mixed media.
